Case Study

The problem faced by the Client:-

There is an Automobile Company located in Kothrud, Pune, designing and manufacturing gas springs to your specifications and needs. They have developed expertise in the designing of gas springs for a wide variety of applications. We are now entering the area of designing and manufacturing oil dampers. The major problems faced by the customer are the highest electricity bill near about 80K to 85K per month and they can’t use electricity as per their expectation. In Pune, there is no fixed timetable for load shading so they do not even use machinery for a longer time due to the high electricity bill.

Limitation and Analysis:-
There were limitations in work and monthly targets so it was affecting the production, and not useful while comparing with other company, affecting in accounting practices.

The solution provided by BEPL:-
When they approached BELP Marketing Team after studied the case, Mr. Prashant Bhagwat suggested installing a solar power plant and use free electricity as expected. We have installed 50KWp Power plant and it producing 216 kWh per day. Grid-Interactive Solar System, in these solar power packs, is connected to the utility grid, supplying energy when the condition is right. A grid-connected system is used in both managing excessive loads and optimizing costs.

Now they are paying 11K per month for electricity bill which means saved almost 80% amounts in electricity bill. Even in load-shading the uses electricity by battery Backup.
